Executive Director, Consumer Engagement
Jeanine Maier joined Kaiser Permanente in 2005 and currently serves as the Executive Director of Consumer Engagement. Her focus is on connecting Kaiser Permanente members to high quality, affordable healthcare and believes that virtual care is the solution to the access and affordability challenges that our country faces in healthcare today. Jeanine has cultivated high performing teams to drive operational excellence through the implementation and utilization of technology and innovation. She is a Certified Clinical Engineer and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from The Catholic University of America and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Maryland.
Eva Lenoir, BA
Maryland Healthcare Commission (MHCC)
Eva Lenoir is a Program Manager for the Center of Health Information Technology and Innovative Care Delivery within the Maryland Health Care Commission (MHCC). The MHCC is an independent regulatory agency whose mission is to plan for health system needs, promote informed decision-making, increase accountability, and improve access to health care and health care coverage in Maryland. Eva is responsible for overseeing three State grand funded innovative telehealth projects, providing guidance and expertise in the project development lifecycle. In her position, she assists in the management of several stakeholder workgroups charged with regulatory and research initiatives to develop policies for advancing health information technology (health IT). Eva also manages various regulatory compliance programs. Eva has a background in psychology, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland. Eva is currently pursuing her Master in Public Health at Johns Hopkins University.
Eric Weintraub, MD

Dr. Weintraub is an Associate Professor in Psychiatry in the Department of Psychiatry. He is board certified in General Psychiatry and has added qualifications in Addiction Psychiatry. In addition, he is the medical director of the University of Maryland’s Medical Center’s Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES). He is an expertise in the treatment of opioid dependence with Medication Assisted Treatment. He has helped develop innovative programs in providing Medication Assisted Treatment to underserved rural areas via tele-medicine and in engaging opioid dependent patients in the Emergency Department with Medication Assisted Treatment
